The L Gas Plus was Cummins' natural gas engine for transit buses, refuse and roll-off trucks, and heavy straight trucks before it was replaced by the ISL G. It shares the same 8.9L block as the diesel ISL, so it's a known, reliable platform — this one just happens to have unusually low hours on it.
